1.Customers provide design drawings
Design drawings must include precise dimensions, material specifications, surface treatment, colour, and logo sizing. This detail enables us to deliver designs meeting your exact requirements.
Stainless steel comes in various grades like 410, 430, 304, 201, 210, etc., depending on your requirements.
Silver, gold plated, rose gold, black, and copper, ect are the most popular finishes for tableware.
Options include sanding, mirror polishing, wire drawing, spraying, among others. Details can be discussed.
2.Produces customized samples
After confirming your design requirements, our engineers will create the drawings. Production of your custom sample begins upon receipt of the sample fee. Proofing typically takes 7 working days, though exact timing depends on factory scheduling.
3.Sample delivery
The finished custom sample undergoes our quality inspection before being sent to you for approval. Upon your confirmation, mass production starts as per the contract. If unsatisfied, we can ask the engineer to modify it again.
4.Mass production
Mass production commences immediately after we receive your deposit. Standard production time ranges from 15 to 45 days, varying based on order quantity.
5.Quality inspection
After production completion, our dedicated QC team performs a full inspection. Once the products pass inspection, our logistics department arranges shipment.
6.About packaging
Products are individually packed in plastic bags inside cartons (inner packaging), then placed in corrugated cartons (outer packaging). To prevent scratches during transit, we add protective materials to minimize contact between stainless steel items.
7.Customer inspection
Upon receipt, we initiate feedback collection to resolve concerns. Your input drives continuous improvement for future batches.
